High Speed

12.0mbps

Low Speed

3.0mbps

If 1.5 Mbps isn't enough for your business but you're not quite ready to step up to a DS3 circuit, an NxT1 may be the solution for you. An NxT1, also known as a bonded T1 line, connects up to 8 T1 circuits to provide speeds as high as 12 Mbps, while still offering the same reliability and security as a single T1.

How fast is an NxT1?

The speed of your NxT1 circuit depends on how many T1s you choose to combine, ranging from 3 to 12 Mbps. Depending on your uses, an NxT1 should provide enough bandwidth to support an office of 50 to 100 employees using your network for:

  • Email
  • E-Commerce
  • Business-class VoIP
  • Web conferencing
  • Browsing and more

How much does an NxT1 cost?

An NxT1 is priced in the same way as a single T1 circuit, only you multiply the price by the number of T1s that you are planning on bundling.

How do I get an NxT1?

The Broadband sales representative will discuss your network use and will help determine how many circuits are required. Once you have ordered the circuit, Broadband has an Implementation Manager assigned to the case to make sure the circuit is installed properly. The Implementation Manager coordinates the installation of the NxT1 working with your team and the local loop provider.

How do I install an NxT1?

An NxT1 solution requires an NxT1 router. Customer's may provide their own router, lease the router from Broadband, or purchase the router from Broadband at the time of the sale.

Broadband's Activation team works with your team to activate the circuit and bring up your network connections.

Once the circuit is up, NxT1s rarely go down. If trouble does arise, Broadband will alert you and your team and work with the local loop provider to resolve the issue.
